Hosted by Wine Expert Jane Clare and Maritime Historian Peter Elson, guests begin with a welcome drink & canapes before “travelling” to four different countries, sampling a curated selection of wines—sparkling fizz, crisp whites, and rich reds—paired with small bites inspired by coastal cuisines. Upon returning to England, enjoy a final glass to round off the journey.
